User Agreement (Terms of Use)

App Name: Curvi
Effective Date: January 9, 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application "Curvi" (the "App"), operated by Curvi Team ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service & AI Disclaimer

Curvi is an AI-powered fashion application that allows users to modify clothing colors in photos.

AI Limitations: You acknowledge that the App uses Artificial Intelligence. Results are generated probabilistically and may not always be accurate or realistic. We do not guarantee specific results.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate Name, Username, and Email.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload ("User Content").

By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of operating the App (generating the edited image). You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for illegal purposes.
Upload infringing, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic content.
Upload content containing nudity or sexual activity.
Attempt to reverse engineer the App.
Upload photos of others without their consent.

6. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data, especially photos.

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself (excluding your content) is the exclusive property of Curvi Team and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Curvi Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law & Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of our principal place of business. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
